Do you ship overseas?
No, We only ship to the continental USA!
How long will it take to get my orders?
For "Built-to-order" PCs expect shipping times to take around 2 weeks. For anything labeled as "Ready To Ship" expect it to arrive in 2-4 days.
Do we offer a warranty?
Yes, all our PC's come with a limited 2 year warranty, for more info click here.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, We only offer returns/refunds for products that arrived with shipping damage. We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or any other reason, so please if you are interested in a pc and have lots of questions email us or send a message, we will help you out as much as we can. for more info check out our refund policy down below!
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
